Chocolate and Ginger is our signature herbal blend and one of our personal favourites here at Shibui. When we first started, our budget was pretty small and we wanted both a ginger and a chocolate blend… chocolate and ginger was born. It’s been a favourite ever since. Pair it with Chocolate and ginger biscuits and you’ve got yourself a real treat!
